The group BTK (Behm Titan Kaiser) and the group TAI (Trailor Actm International) entered exclusive negotiation with the aim of the constitution of a national leader.

The group BTK and TAI, announces to have entered exclusive negotiation to get closer and constitute the leader of the French industrial sector of manufacturing of industrial vehicles of transport.

« We attend for several months a decline of the orders on the national territory, creating tensions of finance important for all the actors of our sector. We decided to think about a common industrial project with the Group TAI, to bring to the foreground a major actor arranging necessary means to meet the challenges which we have to face » declared Emile Behm, President of the group BTK.

« We noticed that we feel, at the same moment, the same necessities of refitting of our balance sheet : to unite us will allow us to resist better on the national level and to take advantage of markets exports which are more spared by the crisis, » declared Eric Vaney, President of the group TAI.

So, to define the modalities of this link, both groups decided to commit beforehand the consolidation of their respective balance sheets.

Concerning the Group BTK

The group BTK, which groups includes the brands, Behm, Titan and Kaiser, is specialized in the construction of industrial vehicles intended for the transportation of goods, for the BTP(BUILDING AND CIVIL ENGINEERING WORKS), and of specialized vehicles.

Concerning the Group TAI

The group TAI, which group includes the brands, Trailor and Actm is a manufacturer of vehicles of specialty, leading on the activities tanks and doors-machines of specialty. TAI limited company is registered in free market.
